When I'm not reading or roleplaying or writing or doing schoolwork... I do this.

Backgrounds
Backgrounds vary in size depending on what computer I use at the time - the main computer, or the laptop. They're the biggest sizes I go.
Other Things and Photomanips
Photomanips is short for photomanipulations. I don't usually do those, but they may crop up. Some other things are oddly sized banners, random put together stuff, screenshots, etc.
Banners
Banners are designed for Witches of Oz signatures and are normally 500x175 px. Occasionally, one smaller will appear, but never one larger.
Avatars
Avatars are for MSN Messenger and fan forums and are 100x100 pixels.
